Jennifer meets with you for an in-depth analysis of both the interior and exterior of your home, then follows up with a detailed written report to discuss the findings and answer any questions.
Together you'll build an action plan — you can choose to complete the recommendations yourself, or move ahead with full staging services.
The consultation covers the selling features of your home: minor repair recommendations, curb appeal, furniture placement, paint colour, lighting, and depersonalizing. The goal throughout is making your home look brighter, larger, and more appealing to the widest possible pool of buyers.
Home Staging
Once consultation recommendations are complete and before MLS photography, it's time to stage. Jennifer expertly rearranges furniture and accessories to highlight your property's best features, downplay its flaws, and help it appear more spacious.
She uses as much of your own furniture and decor as possible, incorporating her own collection of accessories or rental furniture only where it suits the style of the home and the buying demographic in your area.
Every space is styled with photography in mind — for high-impact online marketing that leads to more showings and more offers.
Vacant Home Staging
Vacant houses can feel cold and uninviting — buyers often can't picture the full potential of an empty room.
Jennifer uses current, on-trend furnishings and accessories to transform an empty shell into a space buyers connect with emotionally, without having to use their imagination.
Pricing includes delivery, set-up, and removal of rental items following the sale of the property.
